The Loading Phase is the first two days of HCG diet plan. It is called the loading phase, because the dieters are allowed to eat high calorie foods (usually 1500- 2000 cal). You, as the dieter, are permitted to have all the food you want for all these fat stored in the body will balance to the low calorie days, which will happen in the 2nd phase of the diet plan. 10 to 15 drps of Hcg is taken sublingually three times a day. You can have rice, pizza, burgers beef, and macaroni while under phase 1.
The second phase, or maintenance phase, is where you are allowed to eat only 500 calories a day, 10 to 15 shots of HCG must be taken three times a day for 21 to 40 days depending on your desired weight. Normally, dieters continue until they reached the 21st stage but if you still need to lose weight, you can go up the top to 40 days. These days, however, instead of having 10 to 15 shots three times a day, dieters take it six times a day with only 6 to 10 shots, since they have found it to be more effective. Sweets, starch and fried foods are not allowed during this stage.
Stabilization Phase is the final stage wherein you are expected to stay on the diet; no sugar or starch. At this time, you can now change your low calorie diet to a moderate calorie diet limit. Women are expected to have 800 calories a day, while men can have up to 1000 calories daily.
HCG diet plan is proven to be effective yet. There are still those who believe that it is not safe to use. The most common type of HCG available in the market is the one that is taken sublingually, although there may also be other available forms that will suit you best.
